Stryker Off Road Designs' Adjustable DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) Control Arms!
These are brand new adjustable tubular control arms for the front of a Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500 4x4. These WILL fit the 1500 Megacab 4x4 as well. This is for a set of 4, includes 2 uppers and 2 lowers. They definitely allow the best tire fitment as it re-centers the axle in the wheel well. These are sold in a set of 4, because you really need uppers AND lowers to re-center your axle properly. If you've installed any lift, you DEFINITELY need longer control arms! This is because as you lift the truck, the angle on the arms increases, pulling it back in the wheel well. Our arms are powder coated black and come with our decals for the lower arms. Again, these are brand new. They come ready to install, with pre-installed zerk fittings, Daystar PTMEG poly bushings, DOM sleeves, etc. Simply re-use your factory hardware.
What sets ours apart from other competitors? We use DOM tubing in the collars of the arms AS WELL as the sleeve. Take a look at the sleeve pics. On the left is our Stryker sleeve. On the right is a competitors. We use heavy wall DOM tubing, with NO split seam, for our sleeves. The issue with the competitors sleeves is they are thinner wall and simply rolled over. This leaves a gap/seam. These arms take a lot of back and forth pressure. Over time, the other sleeves start to pull apart at that seam, creating a sharp edge inside the bushing, causing the bushing to shred from the inside. Our sleeves are DOM, with no seam, and a much heavier wall thickness. These are guaranteed!
These adjustable arms also feature 4140 Chromoly fine thread shanks! This material is SAFE TO WELD. While other manufacturers are content to use any old "all thread" material to make their shanks, we did the research to find the best, and SAFEST, material to use for our adjustable arms! Welding changes the composition of metal, and most "all thread" material is NOT considered safe to weld due to these compositional changes. Our shanks are machined, not cast/formed, so welding them is perfectly safe, while the fine thread allows for precise adjustability. Additionally, these shanks are TIG welded to our DOM collars for ultimate strength!

We also offer custom color options. If you prefer a different color powder coat, please select custom and note your color choice and we would be happy to accommodate, this is a $100 option. We use Prismatic Powders. So if you choose custom, you must go to their website (http://www.prismaticpowders.com/powder-coating-colors/), choose your color choice and provide us with the item # during checkout. Custom color choices could take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on availability of the powder coat. We can do any color you choose.
